A careful assessment of the project allows us to select the most suitable technique, depending on the template to be cut, the material and the number of pieces, and so to ensure the best quality results.
CUTTING IN SLICES WITH IRON CUTTER
This is ideal for medium or small templates such as labels and shoe uppers.
CUTTING IN SHEETS WITH WOODEN CUTTER
This is suitable for small or large templates with relatively simple shapes (labels, and accessories such as zipper pulls and cord locks) requiring the mass repetition of similar pieces.
AUTOMATIC PLOTTER CUTTING
Automatic plotter cutting is a cold cutting technique; it does not burn the material like laser does, as the cut is made with a blade that etches into the substrate.
Automatic plotter cutting involves projecting the different templates onto the material, positioning them as accurately as possible to avoid any defects and to make the best use of valuable materials.
If a customer requests it, marks, engravings or perforations can be added to the cut that are a useful part of the object, or which help with the later processes of stitching, assembling and packaging a garment, shoe or bag, depending on the intended use.
