High-frequency processing is a welding technique that allows us to engrave logos or motifs, creating very durable three-dimensional effects on plastic material, fabric and leather.
High frequency welding can be used to create engravings, reliefs and novel plays with thickness, producing custom-made decorative elements for clothing, footwear or leather goods.
Piovese Fashion uses state-of-the-art machinery with 4.0 technology, which minimizes heat distortion in the material and results in very precise and sharply defined printing.
The efficient nature of this new technology allows the welding process to be combined with very precise and consistent cutting of the accessory, giving the products a clean, sophisticated look.
Ideal for
Three-dimensional patches, badges, pockets, labels with high-relief or bas-relief effects, shoe uppers and applications, bag flaps
Recommended materials
Leather, microfibers, synthetics, Jacron, plastic and weldable substrates in general, natural, recycled and environmentally sustainable materials
Suggested washing method
Wash at home with water at 30-40°C – gentle dry cleaning.
